Friend asked me if I wanted his left over isoflex to pack into the crank seals. 98 vmax 600 sx twin. My manual says nothing about prepping these seals, just says install them. Shouldnt they at least be lubed with 2stroke oil really well?

should at least lube them with oil so that when the motor is started for the first time that the seal will not be burnt right off the bat due to no lube there at that first time...

ISO flex is used on skidoo bearings, as they r not lubed by the 2 stroke oil. U do not need to use it. Put a little 2 stroke oil on the rollers and assemble.
