Removed the Aaens on my 2002 SRX and installed the ceramic coated Power Inc pipes with the factory silencer.

The Power Incs fit like factory pipes and are 6lbs lighter then the factory pipes.
I had to install the factory silencer as I have reverse and none of the after market silencers I have fit[I sold my Bender to mussleman]

I had to add 4 grams per weight to keep the the RPM below 8500rpm!!!

Weather is very warm here so I will have to wait to see any performance gains.

Nope...SRX Power Incs were designed for stock RPMS

if u were looking for peak m.p.h. would u have to go a little above the peak sweet spot with the clutches fully pulled or would the engine not hold it?

Pretty positive they are peak heads have the same ones on my piped viper.

Yup...Peak heads from Mountain Perf quite a few years back. I have 4 sets of inserts with different volume, squish, and squish angles ect...

How much where the pipes and where did you get them ? And is yours ported or just stock with pipe and head ?

Power Inc has been out of business for many years now.
I picked these pipes up a few years back used for $300.00 then had then coated...just finally got around to installing them.
My SRX is ported ect.

Do the inserts change the compression I know venom heads have different domes but not sure what it does

Yes you can order or modify different inserts for different compression ratios and squish values.

I HAD A NICE SET. SOLD THEM TO MY BUDDIE BEACH01. I DID SEE A 98 SRX WITH THEM ON AFEW YEARS BACK ON TAR , SLED RAN WELL. I MYSELF LIKE STOCK PIPES. 3:16 (yammie tony)

power inc's are good pipes, nice weight loss over stock, only drawback is you need to keep the heat in them, need to wrap them in mid section. When the pipe cools off with snowdust, etc your peak rpm will be a little low.
Thats what makes the stock pipes so good, they are a consistant performer over and over, but they are heavy!

I wrapped my pipes and it keeps the heat in nice. Thinking about putting some stock srx pipe covers on another set I have. They fit so nice on the sled a lot more room and nothing rubbing. The deep sound of the pipes is great.

Bob, were you not able to get the aaen's dialed in to where you wanted? I'm still only pulling 8100 rpm with stock clutching with my aaen's so I guess I'm down on power.

Did you have to change the jetting much for the power inc's coming from aaen's?
