Tried the Power Incs

Bob, were you not able to get the aaen's dialed in to where you wanted? I'm still only pulling 8100 rpm with stock clutching with my aaen's so I guess I'm down on power.

Did you have to change the jetting much for the power inc's coming from aaen's?

I had the Aaens on my sled for many seasons + miles and they were starting to show their age. I was quite happy with the Aaens especially with the weight loss, additional room by chaincase, and fit and finish. I had them dialed in I thought pretty well but figured I would try the Power Incs since I had them hanging in my garage.

I currently have the same jetting I used with the Aaens but we are currently having a real mild stretch so I will have to see how the jetting works out when temps get more normal.

Already I have had to add a lot of tip weight to my heavy hitters to get the RPM down to where it should be, which would indicate the engine is making more power with the Power Incs as compared to the Aaens.

Conditions are poor here for top speed runs so I will also have to wait to see if there is much or any performance gains.

Sounds good Bob, I hope I can get my aaens dialed in, just been too busy riding don't really want to tinker at the moment lol.

Those power inc's must be quite going into that stock silencer. I would think you would hear only the tingy sound from the pipes rather than the exhaust exit.
