I just scuffed and cleaned my clutch surfaces with a light scotch bright pad and adjusted my secondary. Now my clutch sqweeks when coming to a stop and at idle intermittently. Whats going on?

add washers to the 3 bolts behind the secondary to open sheaves a little more and dropping belt height. Also should check your centre to centre first to see if it is right

dont want to step on anyones toes here but shouldnt you remove washers to hold the sheaves open adding washers allows the sheaves to close more ;)!

^^^Correct on this. Also, like Blue said, check your center to center on your clutches first. How do the bolts look to adjust the secondary? They do get worn down and mushroom flat. Belt is probably too tight. If you have the washers in, they are pushing your belt higher up in the secondary causing it to be tight. I replaced my bolts for this season, they were completely worn down past the rounded end. What did you adjust on your secondary?
Hopefully that made sense, I just realized I've got scatterbrainitis this morning,

see what happens when we don't do any sledding for a while..we start to lose the ability to do maintenance on our sleds..we just don't care anymore... :o| :o|

Change those three bolts on the back of the secondary, thet are steel and they ride on a steel plate and they wear down as much as 1/8 inch, when this happens the sheaves gradually move closer togeather and then the belt starts to squeel, also the steel plate they ride on gets worn into if it is bad enough take the three bolts out that hold it and flip over the back side is nice and new, use blue locktite when you put the bolts back in, use oem bolts as they have a non threaded sholder for this contact area.

I went from 80* wrap to 50* with the pink spring, thats what was in it when I bought it. I am going to get a new green spring and wrap it to 60*. That seems to be what other people have liked. I do mostly off trail riding lots of hills, hopefully it works for me.

First I will check the center to center, then my belt height, if it is normal (0-2mm below) do I still need to do what was suggested?
