Update on the WOT Issue

I didn't have too much trouble wrapping it to 90. That caused bad WOT bog. It must be the primary binding. When I take cover and spring out, it can stick wide open when I lay it on the floor. Have to wiggle it a bit to get the sheaves to come together.

Aawwwww, im all warm and fuzzy now!. Right back at ya! We all good. And it sounds like ya found your problem with the sticking primary, should not stay open sitting up with spring out. Try a good cleaning and a run through the dishwasher!
 
Already replaced the bushing on the moveable sheave on the primary. Bought new sheaves and spider as the last spider was bent causing the clutch to bind. Just waiting on my buddy to take the sheave off the spider. The new sheaves look way different towards the center as the old ones "mushroomed" and lost it's original shape. My movebale primary sheave actually wore down by the bushing. Lost about 2 mm towards bushing.
 
15 - 20 cm. Went snowmobiling yesterday in about 25 cm snow. Put only 500 trail miles this year.
