X2 I think you will melt your suit or boot.

why? why would i want 2 stink like 2 smoke if i do not have 2. what do u like sniffing them fumes dude? that pipe blows the heat off before it even gets to the foot area. i will do some i.r. gun readings and post them for u.

have to admit have not tested enuf to say if it will burn boot. it is far enuf away so uare not touching it usually. take a pretty high temp to be a problem. will have to test it more. i think it will rock hard if it is practical. dont be so mainstream man.

the smell of 2-stroke is half my addiction! :2strokes:

"new age" montana pipes lol keep up the expierementing man. Just think if Thomas Edison said, eh the whale oil lamp works why mess with it. ;)! ;)!

I think it looks killer man! and you retained the stock can for backpressure I'm guessing? How is the clearance with the trailing arm? Keep us posted. Any difference on the sound? Like Pantera said, "new age" Montana pipes!! ;)!

just my opinion but i think your gonna get just as much lovely 2 stroke smell on you with that set up as with the stock one . when your sled is in motion any where behind the windshield and you is a low preasure area ,so stuff gets sucked into it, exhaust and snow dust included. ever notice when driving in light powder that your back gets covered in snow and the faster you go the worst it gets ? same idea. you would have to extend that pipe like 10 ft bact to get clear of the low preasure zone and that would look even more silly (jmo). if you don't like smelling like a two stroke you could always buy a 4 stroke and smell like a generator.lol

love to see a pipe 10 feet back..can double as a wheelie bar also..and you will have to have a sign on your back saying "KEEP BACK 10 FEET!!..lol

I was thinking that he had an RX1 seat on a viper and had the exhaust through that... Like someone else said duals. One on each side for balance.

"mainstream" now thats funny. Won't you still smell like 2-stroke if you have get off the sled and turn it around? It would be blowing right on you. IMO

Definately different. I tend to beleive the "low pressure zone" theory. To each their own. Some like bar risers and others dont. If you find with testing your boots a little warmer than need be you could sheild it for the "laker" side pipes we seen on muscle cars in the 70s-80s.
