Is there any chance of getting the front cooler out of my '97 SX700 without pulling the drive shaft/ suspension?
And does anyone have any tips for removal/installation?
Thanks,
Carter

No, must remove suspension for sure and drive. Might be able to do it with keeping the motor in. My buddy mike just went through this. Not an easy task for sure. He had a shop do it for him. What happened? Can you weld it?

I would pull the suspension and driveshaft. You might as well pull the motor too then. In fact you probably wouldn't be able to get to the nuts on the bottom of steering that are attached to the front of the cooler. Lot's of work for sure. When all the rivets are out, I used a bottle jack to spread the tunnel just enough to pull the cooler out all the way.

Keep in mind that not all jacks work laying down, you may have to tip sled on its side.
