IMO:
That poor SRX was way lean on the two damaged cylinders. Probable a combination of dirty carbs/jets, crappy fuel and possibly leaking seals. In any case its time to go over the whole engine from the crank up.

sleds been parked for 2 years after my friend killed himself with it
now they sold it
carbs been cleaned out before the ride and its got bout 11k on it
my srx got 15 k and still running strong
all jetting is stock

If the sled is stock[ heads are stock ect] then it looks as though the sled was too lean so either it has some kind of fuel flow restriction like a plugged tank filter, +/or clogged top hat filters, plugged jets, wrong jets or its getting too much air from leaking seals, carb boots ect.
Todays fuel contributes to and makes any other problem much worse.

All 3 are lean... so that tells me its not a crank seal but a fuel problem, so like bob said fuel filter, fuel pump, or someone changed the jetting in it. Even the pto cylinder is way lean, no carbon on piston tops just dry smoke coloring.
With the miles on it, you mise well take it all the way down and throw in 2 new crank seals and new rings, etc plus repair the broken stuff, it will give you another 11,000 miles.
Dont forget to completely take the carbs down and check jetting, needle settings, and fuel filters in the carbs and gas tank.
