Starter gear torque specs?

1997 Venture VT600..Does any one know the torque specs for the bolts that hold the starter gear to the fixed sheave half of the primary sheave? They use about a 5mm allen wrench. Thanks

Should be a #30 torx head with 14 ft/lb of torque. Make sure you use green lock tight and let it dry inside this time of year for 24 hours.
