I have a 99 vmax with CPR pipes. It doesn't seems to be running to it's full potential. Anyone have a clutch setup for this sled ? It ran 139km/h in 1/4 which seems slow for a sled with these pipes

What are your RPMs at WOT? CPR suggests 8900 I believe. I have set of CPRs but still don't have them at 8900. But this season was so short I didn't have time to do anymore testing. It currently revs to 9100. But I haven't run it in any races, so I don't know what it does in a 1/4. I'd have to look at my clutch to tell you what it's got in it. I just threw in some weights that someone gave me along with the stock spring. Clutch set up depends on your weight too. I happen to tip the scales at 245 w/o riding gear.

I have a stock 2000 sxr motor in sx chassis with first gen cpr pipes, reed spacers thats it. Ran 91mph in 660 and 99.1 in 1000.

What do you have for clutch parts to work with??

I have a 51/43 advant egde helix in the secondary with a red dot spring. In the primary it has TPI heavy hitter weights that weigh in at 53 grams loaded. I think the red heel clicker spring is whats killing the sleds top end and mid range power. Maybe i'll try an orignal spring. If i could find someone elses setup for my primary i will try that. Any recommendations or help greatly appreciated.
