Anyway to pull the plug apart to rewire the connector on the wire harness side? My ground has broken off at the connector so I get code #2. Thanks.

There is a part # for to replace the connector, but it is not a standard reorder part. I replaced my connector last year for the same reason.
I think someone on TY told me the part number, but I am not sure if I will be able to find it.
Found the link to the old Post, but it doesn't say a part number. I think I had to call a Dealer and explain to them that this was a special part order that Yamaha made this available because this has happened to several people.

i fixed mine once, there is a small metal tab that you have to push in, and pull the connector out. then i reconnected the wire to the connector and finished it off with some black silicone around where the wires go into the connector. it is a free fix but will take some monkeying around.
Yamaha Dealers carry those tabs inside the plugs for just that reason.

Just for refence if anyone needs the part number or searches for temp Sensor, it is 8EK-TSCON-KT, The description is Temp Sensor Connector Kit.
I found the yamaha bag that it came in in my sled while I was riding today.
85 miles of riding and only 10 miles to trailer the sleds.
