2001 sxr triple pipes

Hey everyone I was wondering do I really need to rejet my carbs for a set of triple pipes? Is it really nessissory? Thanks

I suppose you technically don't have to, but your motor won't last very long if you don't.

So - yes you do need to rejet when adding trips

Re-jet only if you would like your pistons to last more than 1/2 an hour.

Start with their (Slp) website

Dont stop there though. Check plugs,and wash every engine runs a little different.

Yea........You'ld probaaaably be OK if it was a grass drag on an 80 degree day.

you will probably have to go 150 mains right across and raise needles.I have the instructions here somewhere.When I find it I will confirm it for you...I think that is for a 700,for a 600 it is different.Will find my instructions and let you know.
