Those valves are in need of some lovin.
Yup.... I would buy some GM engine de-greaser and soak them in it for like....a month!!!

as long as i keep those valves clean do i have to worry about the cable pulling through again???

Gotta keep em' clean and ya gotta keep em' adjusted. You're going to notice a big power increase once you get those power valves clean and adjusted. Plenty of reading on here about power valves.

I think the adjustment is more of a factor on the pull throughs but letting them get real dirty is a large contributing factor also. It seems like people tend to tighten them up too much but that's just my opinion.

Looks good to me. Do you have the standard drivers or anti-rachet's?
do they make any kind of replacement chrome grilles?????

I'm running my track with about an inch hanging down from the bottom of the skid. Yours could need more/less though.
I use 1 inch also. I looked at the book and it says to use 22lbs of weight in the center of the flat part of the track then measure the distance from the bottom of the hyfax down to the top of the track. It should be between .98 to 1.18 inches.

retaining clip is missing then,which holds the cable end in the housing..
rebuild almost complete new bender can, bender clutch kit, 144 camoplast cobra track 1.35, runs and drives great its a totally different sled just need to get some new skies thanks for all your help

I just got a set of Slydog 7" powder hounds in Urban camo. Awesome skis. Easiest ski I've ever installed. They also look the best. Check em out.
