Just bought a 95 vmax 4

going to pick it up next weekend.

dude says it has no spark on pto side.

what could the issue be?

he say could be a coil...

any other suggestions?

Id wager coil, but funny enough I bought a '95 last year with the exact same problem. I tried everything and it ended up being the plug wires not connected to the plug caps tight enough.

may be trigger coil , u can get ignition specs and ck with a omh meter

Coil, wire or cap. Trigger coil would effect 2 cylinders.

ok changed the stator/trigger coil.

problem still exists. going to change the coils tomorrow.

if not... cdi?
