clutching help

yep, looks like a football field lead now...LOL!!!

post the dead stop race. And , hey give him a slight head start, ya kinda feel bad for the ditch pickle...itll make for a better video yet, get that ski dont in there too!

well he didnt bring the go pro yesterday, i think he might be getting sick of getting beat on camera lol, anyways ill make sure he brings it next time and ill give him like 10 lengths on the start

ahh man, I saw you posted and went right to it, was hopin to see the pickle and doo get waxed real bad now...lol

I will keep any eye open for it.......that stuff is fun to watch. :2strokes:

ADD:-btw- if you would remove a little bit of those studs youll have even more topend, 204 is a little overkill for a 600, maybe remove every other 1 on the outside belts, less rotating weight is more speed.....just an idea! :dunno:

did you wipe out at the end.Lucky for you.The best my SRX700 does is about 97-98 speedo lately, but I am long traveled .Did 118 on speedo years back on the river on pure ice..that was cool.In the snow the SRX's are to heavy and not to fast.On the ice a different story.S o that is about 105 mph in reality taking off for speedo reading off. ;)!

www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0yChCTN6xg heres another vid, different zr6 tho, powervalves are cleaned and adjusted, will take the carbs off and clean them once the snow starts flying, also how would i get the rpms up like 200 or so? thanks

Of course you will beat these sleds, they are pretty anemic compared to any srx..

You overlooked the fact he has a srx600 not a 700, so racing a zr600 a rev 600,polaris 600 etc. is more then relevant.

last time I checked the srx is not a lightweight sled either, so its 600cc has around 120hp and weighs quite a bit more then the machines hes raced........I think hes done pretty good! :sled2:

No I didn't overlook that it is a 600, but it still has at least 15 hp on the zr, and much more on the other sleds in that video. I've ridden a zr 600 and it was very weak compared to my old srx 600 with stock clutching except for a softer primary spring (don't know if that made things worse or better). Please also note that the comment is related to one spesific post with link earlier in this thread.

When he races the rev 600, yes then it is relevant. Not saying that he is not doing good, but pretty much anyone with a healthy srx 600 would beat those sleads easily, except the rev. Beating that was a good job.
Now if he beat something like a ski do xs 600 etec or rush 600, then I would be very impressed, or a xc 600, now there's some real competition.
