it is a 4 stroke bluemonster.
you should find the fuel tank vent line and pressurize it by blowing in it with the cap on tight while cranking it over.
you could also just boost it from another battery or battery charger as it will eventually pick up enough gas by rolling it over with the starter.

Got in going had the optimate charger on it all night went out cranked it over with choke and throttle and away she went in 5 seconds and runs great and took it out for a ride and to the guys who replied and helped out thank you

check to see if the battery is any good anymore,guess you will find out in the future.Good to hear it is running,gonna do some riding tomorrow as well..
