97 venture 500 loses power while cruising

I own a 97 venture 500 liquid, slowly loses power while cruising, open throttle slightly and it seems to come back, seems worse with 2 people on it or when in deep snow or pulling sleigh, engine runs fine I think it is a clutch problem but everything looks ok, secondary spring set to 1-3 and primary clean and like new condition, any ideas!!!!!

try a new primary spring. they are about $20.00 new. probably is just weak if it is not broken. had one on an et410 do a similar problem.
