has anyone tried or does anyone know if a pogo style vmax headlight can be made to fit in an sx chassis? I searched but didnt come up with nothing. I like the looks of the Pogo style headlights, they just give that mean look to a sled. they look close to the same size, and i dont have a sled boneyard around here to go pick one and try it, so i thought i'd ask the experts!!! thanks!

I think it would be a lot easier to just put a dual headlight on, they look more mean as well.

What all did you need for this upgrade. Pretty much the light and the plastic bezel between the windshield and the hood?

That really does make a big difference in appearance.

Varies by exact model, srx went dual in 00,sxr in 01. Pretty sure the vmax, xtc,sx all followed suit in 01.

So musselman was trying to search some other post on this conversion. Believe it was you that said its not any brighter than stock but a much broader beam. Is this correct?? Have you messed with different halogen or led"s. Like I said seen some other post but never get a true good answer sometimes. Im assuming both bulbs are on at high beam so that would mean ur only getting 70watts. As with if you left it single you can go with the 100/ 60 i believe. Which is better?? Would like to convert my sx because it does look better but i do most my riding in dark so want the brightest way possible. Anyone can chime in on this if they like
