upgraded shocks are either viper shocks or xtc shocks for the front of my sx...but im seeing pro-action style phazer shocks on ebay that are also the 17" eye to eye upgrade, will these work? i noticed they are the increment type adjustment as opposed to the threaded type. other than that, they seemed the same. what do you guys know about this?
they are non rebuildable, gas bag shocks. they work good but once they are gone, they are gone. They will also fade if you beat the bag off your sled. I had them on my srx for a while and it rode great but when you pushed it, it would fail. for normal trail riding, they work great.
if you want a set, I have a set from a 2000 phazer, also have a set of viper front shocks and a set of xtc front shocks
