Ok....after reading a sh!tload on weights, more weight brings down the Rs. Couldn't find out what the difference was if weight(rivits) was added between either hole. That didn't sound good.
A .8g rivit in the tip and a .8g rivit in the inner hole. What the outcome of either.

The outer hole lugs more in the higher Rs if that's what you're asking...

So lets say a .8g in the tip would have more of an effect (being out at the end of the weight) than that same .8g on the inner hole ?

on peak rpm yes..
in general terms.....inner hole will contribute to low and mid range tuning, the tip will contribute to topend.
