I am using a 51/43 Dalton on my SRX.Would it be beneficial for me to go to a Hauck 51/45 helix.Have a chance to pu one fairly cheap..just a wandering or not to worry about it to much.I like the 51/43,but if the 51/45 will give me some advantage,,would like to know what it might be..
Thanks

All being equal, the 51/45 will load the motor a little more, especially at top end, it being a 45 and not a 43. In theory pulling the rpms down little.
The problem is, according to the helix thread, the manufactureres measure them differently. So you could end up with pretty much the same. I'll take that helix if you don't take it, let me know. I have both brands of helix, and they seem both to work good.

Hauck helix are not what they say they are 2 deg shallow. So a 51/45 would be a 49/43.
