I'll admit I'm a little biased here. Being from Detroit I've had to adopt a real NFL team to root for and have been a Packer fan for a long time, so yesterdays game already had me in a foul mood when Moss did his little stunt.
All I could think of was how I miss Barry Sanders. Barry would make the most amazing run, leaving a wake of embarassed defenders laying on the field with nothing in their arms but air. Old number 20 would cross the goal line and cruise by the nearest Ref and hand him the ball. No dance no slam over the goal post no mooning. Emmit Smith was another showboat and Barrys leading rival for the annual rushing leader title. Barry consistantly beat Smith in spite of the Cowboys having an all pro bowl line, one of the top 3 or 4 QB's and great recievers to take the heat off the run. All Barry had was a team that half the NCAA could have owned.
Jim Brown said it best on the day Smith broke the all time career rushing record,
"Emmit Smith couldn't carry Berry Sanders jock" as far as I'm concerned neither could Randy Moss.

You want a running back to route for that's a class act, CURTIS MARTIN, he's no showboat, never makes a scene, he doesn't make the incredible looking runs that sanders did, but he gets his yards. 1697 yards for a 31 year old running back ain't too shabby. As far as Randy is concerned, his move yesterday was stupid, classless, and his response to it wasn't any better, I'm sick of the showboats out there that feel the need that to make a scene whenever they score, or catch a pass, or run for a couple yards. Just my .02

Well Randy has his little fun last night, he will be crying Next Sunday.

Brett could not get it together yesterday.......I wanted Green Bay to win so bad. As we Chicago fans say......."There's always next year"

I'll agree, Moss is a POS. And that hair?? What the F%$#???? There are two players in the NFL that are probably the best at their postions, and I wouldn't have either one on my team:

Randy Moss
Terrel Owens

A-holes, both of them. I can't stand a showboat.

I always root for the Pack, then any snowbelt team over a sun belt team, cuz I wanna see more home games with snow coming down. But this year I have enjoyed Indy a helluva lot! I'd love to see Indy vs the Steelers or Pats this year, Phili can suck eggs!hehe

Lack of respect is all it is - Moss & TO and all the guys like them will never hold a candle to the real men who made the game what it is - Montana, Rice, Sanders, Brown, Reggie White, the list goes on and on - in the mean time we have to put up with them - but they will fade away

I though it was kind of funny, then again I'm a vikings fan...... Now if he actually had pulled his pants down that would have been uncalled for. I see no difference between the "fake moon" and spiking the football. The Greenbay fans always moon the visiting teams bus anyhow when they leave, Randy was just saying hi back!

Curtis TurnCoat Martin.. You have to kidding me.. The guy is a friggin loser..! Oh boy they are going to pay me 10 bucks more jump ship... To bad the jets will be playing golf after next week.

COREY DILLON there is a class act.. No bitching since he has been on a real team... Broke Curtis single season record with the pats.. Not a singal complaint or word out of the man.. Pure work horse..

As for class acts take any singal player on the Pats.. That is a team no bitching and moaning over there.. Just play your heart out and win.... ;)!

Chris Spielman, Mike Singletary, Reggie White, Bubba Baker, and the guy who blocked for Walter Payton.... Matt Suehy (sp?). Those are class acts of the NFL.

One of our Minnesota sports writers put it like this on the radio this morning. "Randy Moss is an incredible athlete but dumber than a box of rocks. The number on his back(#84) is alot higher than his IQ." LOL!!! I live in Minnesota, but have always been a fence rider Vikes fan. They have always(well going back to the '80's) had a reputation for having some thugs that are constantly in trouble....whether it's drinking,DWI's,brawling in the bars, sexual harrassment issues...you name it. That kind of stuff turns me off. Further more, they didn't deserve to make the playoffs the way they played this season.

Bischof,
As the Great Viking's coach, Bud Grant used to say when someone scored a touchdown and celebrated "act like you been there before"
I agree w/ you 100%, but it is ironic the your avator is of you naked at your pc and your signature quote "Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "What a great ride!" Randy is just creating a great ride. Randy was just replying to the packer fan tradition of mooning the Viking team bus the stadium parking lot.

YEEAAAA GO Pats Yea going Dillon is a class act he doesn't do much showboating. Not only does Corey run around defenders hes not afraid to throw them on the ground with that stiff arm. Corey Dillion= Best Stiff arm in the NFL and the colts defense will be feeling it this weekend sorry Peyton you'll be crying to the NFL again.
I heard Barry Sanders on the TV the other day saying how just getting to the endshow should be the celebration for the runningbacks no need for anything else how classy is that.

We'll see about that... I'm a huge Colts fan and I can tell you right now that you will see a heavy dose of E.J. You guys couldn't stop him in week 1 -- and add to the fact the secondary is banged up, NE is in trouble. I bet Manning has an avg day with maybe 250yds. We'll pound you with the running game.

AJ your fieldgoal kicker is so classy lol, always spouting his mouth saying there the better team but yet i cant remember the last time the Colts beat us. I hate Mike V he said before week 1 of how there the better team and they should win but yet he missed the game winning kick what a jacka$$.
