if it makes any of you feel better, i haven't been around any place that had enough snow to ride in over 3 years!
that is issane.Where the hell has Winters gone to anyways.Northern States and North of the Border should be full of snow like it used to be.Eastern Canada as well is way above 0..crazy stuff going on here... :o| We would have to go way up North ,,like 9 to 10 hour drive..that's not going to happen with me.I'll stick to my computer instead and look at some of my winter videos from the past..lol

A white xmas would be hopeful. one that we'd have enough snow to ride on in MN is just a silly pipe-dream. It seems that the season would start in mid January, if we are lucky. Last year, the season was a day in central MN. Soon as people took their mountain sleds out on the trails, it was over. The snow all melted within the next week.

Minnesota doesn't have mountains... but people still use them on the trails and tear them up

Michigan was terrible last year (West Michigan). I had enough time once to take my sled out, and it blew up :( Still waiting for snow, they say maybe some Monday.

we had freezing rain last night. My wide decides to try and go to work. She hits the HWY,this at 9:30 at night..pass's the house as I was watching and another car was coming up on her and switched lanes to pass.Well it was a light show..headlight,taillights,headlights..etc and in the ditch he went.My wife said she saw him in her mirror as he was in passing lane and then he was gone..so she decided to pull off the HWY to the next turn off, called work to say she wasn't coming in and came back on the service road.
Then a few minutes later another car takes the ditch almost where the other was. What amazes me is how fast and close the Semi's were going..blew me away..I was waiting for one of them to lose control..they are a bunch of crazy drivers..the ones my wife is certain that will kill her one day.
