what's the better weight for the SXR600

I currently have stock weights in my 600.Now thinking of changing to another setup to pu some more speed. Which is a better weight to use...8CA's or 8CR's and why.I was thinking the 8CR's should work,a little more aggressive.Would use 14.4 roller's,and go with w-w-w- primary spring,51/43 helix green at 60 or 70 wrap,am geared down 19/39.I remember Turk said they were aggressive and should work good as long as you get your rpm's right.Also a y-g-y spring would have the right rate.

any one know if I should try the 8CR's.They sure do supply more force then stock 8dg's do..

8ca's for low and mid speed ..8cr's for top end!!

I run them in my 700 work well I used a gay spring
