After my SRX sits for a day or more, it is very hard to start. I have determined that it is not receiving fuel. After 20 or 30 pulls
she finally lites up and runs fine. If I stop for a break, it will fire on the first pull then die. the second pull starts her up again.
My conclusion is that ... somehow ... the fuel is leaking out of the line while it sits. Trying to start it without fuel is difficult. After the 30 pulls, apparantly the fuel pump has pumped enough fuel into the engine for it to start, however, my arm is suffering greatly.
Can anyone shed some light on WHERE the fuel is leaking from and WHERE it is leaking to? I cannot smell gas around the sled at any time, so it is not leaking "out".
Thanks.
