I finally got my sled put back together and ready to go. I'm just hoping for some serious snow up in new hampshire now. Over the summer I swapped out the stock bars and 2" riser block setup for something a little different. I put on a RSI t-post adapter and Rox FX adjustable risers set up all the way, they add 8.25 inches of lift. I topped them off with aerotaper bars with 3.5" of rise. Total rise from the old steer post is 12.5 inches. The new bars have a wider grip and put the bars right in my hands with a comfortable amount of bend in my arms, I'm not locked elbows and bending over any more. The cables and brake line are powermadd, and were relatively straight forward accept for the oil cable. It had a jam nut on either side of the bracket, and you need to take the nut off to let the cable barrel sit flat on the bracket so the pump will be on the stop when the throttle is closed. I had the carbs out to swap the oil cable and raised the needles 1/2 clip to richen up the mid range a little bit to compensate for the crappy ethanol gas.

What made you go with the RSI risers? I thought about them, but $$$$$. Did you go with the levers that alow you to move them on the fly? Just curious I recently replaced my riser with a powermadd pivot and block. So I was debating all this myself.Looking good!

The only thing RSI was the t-post adapter. I didn't get the quick adjust levers but I'm maxed out on the adjustment. I got the bigger set of the Rox fx adjustables and at max height they were where I wanted to be. They ended up being cheaper than the RSI fixed length, and appear to have a stronger cap system. I thought about that pivot riser too, but was concerned about clamping power since both sides are aluminum. The RSI t-post is grooved steel so the aluminum risers can get a good bite. I did the swap so that I could go straight up from the steer post, I kept getting pushed back as I added height and felt like I was hanging off the back of the machine. Now I can stand on the foot pads to ride and have a comfortable reach. I think I really evened out the balance of the machine with me on it

I'm in lakes region area maybe after holidays we can do some riding my buddy has a camp in pittsburg. Just waiting on my drop down brackets to bolt the 136 up hopefully this week.

Belmont on lake winnisquam. Got an inch on ground and snowing now looking like a good forecast on the way.

Noco looks to be in the 10-15" range, I might get a ride up hurricane mtn and black cap from this storm
