Rebuild xtc shocks or replace with ?

My front shocks r hammered. I put an sc10-3 in my 98 xtc 700 and need a good set of front shocks to keep up with the back. Was wondering if the stockers rebuilt would b good enough or should I get newer shocks. Any info would b great

I had pioneer rebuild/ revalve the shocks on my 98 XTC700 and they did a great job. I think you would have to spend substantially more money to get only slightly more improvement. I've been very happy with the improvement in all my Pioneer revalves (3 so far). Just my $.02
