Sxr 700 idles and backfires out the carb on just # 2,3 cylinder

Need help my 97 SXR 700 starts but as it's idles and backfires only # 2 and 3 cylinders. Has 125 psi in each cylinder. Cleaned carbs. Has v force reeds and slp triple pipes. Smoke tested each cylinder for bad seals or reed leak. When you talk off runs good. Tends to run out of power on top end. I have it rejetted. Don't what else to do!
