will coiljust go and loose fire or can it come back off and on seem to loose fire on one cylinder when motor gets hot dose not miss any when cold 2002 700 vmax scared to ride now don't know what is going on don't want to damage anything

Chances are you are experiencing an intermittent electrical connection. You could unplug and replug the coil connectors which will help to clean the tarnish off the connector ends.

If I read your post correctly, you are having a problem with one cylinder firing intermittently? Not necessarily an electrical problem.

I had an intermittent problem like that last year. It turned out the one of the coils had a broken bullet connector. I cut off the old connector and replaced with another bullet connector and every runs fine now.
