I read the post from MrViper about no spark, I can unplug the 6 wires that hook to the key switch and if it fires, my key switch is bad? Also I can unplug the kill switch under the handlebar pad and if sled fires, my kill switch is bad, or is there more to it? Want to get my sled figured out today if I can, trying to get my no spark issue resolved.

Thanks for any help.

I've tried unplugging both, and sled still doesn't fire, I'm going to pull the muffler and recoil, inspect the flywheel, clean it and see if that helps.

With the older non 3d ignition key/kill should be able to unplug and fire, worth checking continuity/resistance with a multi meter any ways. With your head light flickering I would say at least part of stator is working. I would pay special attention to pick up/magnets on fly wheel.

Will do, just doesn't make sense to me the issue of no spark suddenly. Sled was running awesome all day. One thing I noticed, is looks like I have an exhaust leak, there is oil all over the case the houses the stator, flywheel, I wonder if oil getting inside there could of caused this...

Entirely possible...would be a good thing if a can of spray cleaner and a rag gets her up and kicking ;)!
