have a 1999 yamah vmax 600 sx. one of the cyclinders is fouling out. it seams to run fine up till about 4500 or until the track engages. wont go over about 5500 rpm and 20mph. i have cleaned and replaced the plugs, cleaned the carbs, jets and valves, cleaned the airbox, and cleaned the reeds. compression tested at 118 for all cylinders. its blowin alot of oil but i figure thats because the one cyclinder is not firing. anyone got any ideas
