Have you checked voltage at the coils when pulling over? Just to be sure you're not getting any voltage? I pulled my spark plugs and checked at the plugs coming out of the wiring harness that go to the coils. I believe one is black(-) and the other orange(+). I was getting 12-13 volts when pulling over. Checked with multi-meter. If no voltage, or very low voltage, could possibly be your stator, which pretty much sucks...
Did you sand off the flywheel magnets? I had a no spark issue last week that left me stranded, sanded the magnets, cleaned everything up, lightly lubed them, sled started first pull. I know someone mentioned it, maybe give it a try, it's basically free to do it, unless yours don't have any rust on them.
Just trying to help...

Just for fun... when you say you bypassed the TORs did you plug the ends on the harness back into each other?

Yeah did all test you guys have suggested. Plug wires, tors, etc. Everything checked out or was within spec per clymer service manual. All except this source coil. Was supposed to be in the 300 ohm area and when i tested only had about 3 ohms. According to service manual if this dont meet spec you have to replace stator. Would make sense as to why it is running the way it is.
