Some good upgrades for my custom 97 Vmax SX

hey guys ! im working on a project sled its a 97 sx chassis with a 700 stock motor do you guys know of good sites to go to to order some upgrade parts and cosmetics . :letitsnow
 
Not a whole lot of places that still make aftermarket parts for these sleds...That being said not sure what you are looking to do. If it were mine (which I have 3 of them) I would look at long traveling the suspension, Do the freebie mods ie: bore silencer, reed notch, peel a layer on head gasket. Then add reed spacers. Plastic skis if you dont have them. Boss seat if you have the money to spend (best mod you can do to these sleds, Combined with bar risers. SOOOO much info on this site, You really don't have to go anywhere else. You have a great sled, My personal biased opinion is it's hands down the best sled out there for the money.

Ive done a few cosmetics and upgrades to my 97i'll list em here for ,,might give ya some ideas:
long travel rear sus.
seat riser (custom made)
slp ski's
skid plate
tall windshield
maxi knobs
1.5 inch connected cone track w/144 studs down the center w/ hyfax savers placed every 3rd window
slp tiple pipes
reed spacers
thin head gasket
clutch kit w/51/43 helix
transfer rods
map bag
saddle bags
passanger rumble seat

long travel rear is simply shocks off of an sxr or viper and longer straps , reed spacers are put in between the carbs and the carb intake on the motor, they keep the reed sback away from the ports in the cylinder so it gets more of a direct route the combustion chamber( takes the burble out )and hence better throttle response . along with a thinner heaD GASKET IT MAKES MORE POWER!the progressive helix ties it all together to make the power distibute far better throughout the power band! silencer bore makes it sound mean. and lets the sled breath
