I have found a 01 sxr 600 wiring, stator, flywheel to put in my 97 sx 700. Will the cdi from the 97 work? Also I will need the voltage reg to right? I also will need the thumb heater switch. The price is right so no better time to update than now. Shoot me some insight guys thanks.

you need everything. I beleive your grips will work but you will need the throttle button, tach, hood harness, smoothing coils and all regulators and relays. if you can, get the piece of metal that the relays mount to on the lh side, you need the thumb and grip switches. you could use your single bulb light and just plug one in but would look good to have dual bulb in a red sx, get the red sxviper seat as well. you need coil packs
