I'm not positive on the sxr's, but on the srx's there is a bleeding screw under neath the seat, you take the screw all the way out, have the back of the sled elevated, and it should bleed if that is the same as the srx's. Fire it up and pop it, close it off and fire, pop it, repeat a few times till it is not air bound. Good luck

could raise the front end, and just open the over flow or pop the cap off and run it for a little?

Best is to do what Ames said. There is a bleeder screw or bolt under the back of the seat. If that doesn't seem to do it there is also a bleeder on top of what looks like a thermostat housing (actually there is no thermostat there) on top the engine head. You have to raise the front and bleed from that one also. Do the back one a few times first with the rear raised, that should work, repeat it until the heat exchangers get warm on both sides.

I just bleed the back and then topped it back up. I ran it and cracked the bolt and only coolant came out, this mean its okay?
