LIFE MEMBER ONLY ONCE!!!
WOW! it is perfect out now.It is warming up now so riding non stop next 3 days. With the new fresh snow last night on top of the base,it is perfect.Nearly got stuck half dozen times today.A lot of drift busting and climbing. Was airborne a lot today..ski's straight up to the sky coming out of the climb and down and straight back up again..hanging on for dear life..lol
Got to love the snow here now for sure.My Pond out back is empty from all the water I pumped from it last Summer. It is around 10 to 12 feet down to the ice on it.I put snow fence around it to catch snow and that now made it around 15 feet.Wow is it ever wicked going down and climbing out of the 15 feet straight up..ski's to the sky.
One thing only is I hear a clicking sound that is bugging me.It is on the right side..sound like from chain case area..hard to say.If I brake hard..it stops. On the River running thru 8 inches of powder I can feel a noise from under me.Everything has been checked last week.Checked chain is tight. Now I changed top gear a while back before the cold spell came..so today was first time riding with it.Did everything by the book, not my first time doing it..so wander what the hell it could be..it is bugging me a little..Even with my helmet on and at lower speed i can hear a slight clicky click sound..wander if I should open up chaincase again or just keep riding until something breaks. What could that sound even be..bearings all new, chain good, could it be brake rotor..h'mm don't know.Put on 90 hard km's today and nothing broke..so maybe not to worry...

How about some pics? Maybe a video from your 007 spycam?

maybe on Sunday when it warms up more. That spycam can't be used in colder temps then 0C..but since it will be inside the Helmet..should be fine.Wanna take some video of my climbing and landings.

hey maybe that clicking sound is from my track and rails,I loosened the limiters off a little last time...but a visual shows that the track is away from the front tips of rail..so don't know..no biggie.SRX time this weekend..

I have and hyvo and non-hyvo chain sleds. I put the hyvo on the non hyvo sled one time by accident and it made a good amount of noise but It was probably loader than you are describing. Just a thought.
Try a different belt. You may have a flat spot in your current one.

the gears are standard stock gears for the 600..no mix match. The belt is in good shape, but could try a switch and see.Thanks.

you got that right.Warmer out and more snow=more riding. If you are not riding..something is wrong with you.Remember there is maybe a month and a half left this season to ride..enjoy yourself.MBtriple said:Loving all this snow!!! not too much in the brandon area but At my parents in portage (where i usually ride) has alot of fresh powder and drifts. going to be a good weekend.
