i have noticed my sled feels really heavy, i rode my buddys 2001 phazer 500 today and it feels much lighter than my 98 vmax xtc.
are the liquid sleds that much heavier? or do are my limiters set for way too much ski pressure
would too much ski pressure cause the rear of my sled to be all over the trail (not a lot of snow here)

Try loosening your limiter straps up. The Liquid cooled is certainly heavier, but you probably could experiment with your limiter straps. If you're fish-tailing that's a pretty good sign. Is your track studded, I'm guessing it's not.

Check out your centre shock it sounds like it might be shot.

I noticed that with adjustable control rods that you can change the feeling of the steering. I think the term that your sled is doing is called darting.
