2001 venture questions

I need shocks for my venture skid,do the viper shocks work for the 136 skid as well?Any jetting tips?it seems to be loading up/sputtering at around 6k/5500rpm. It seems to be between 1/3 to half throttle.it clears up if you nail it.Would that be controlled by the needle clip position at that point?

yep, your right in the sputter part on the engine at 5500-6000rpm, best thing I have found to clean them up is to drop the needle a half shim and run 142.5 mains, set of reed spacers and the sputtering is pretty much gone and alot cleaner running.

Any idea about the shocks?Are 121 shocks the same as a 136?
I would like to install rebuildable shocks so I can have them revalved as well as resprung.
