2002 Viper stock motor head and no rear cooler
136 x 1-1/2 track
CPR triple pipes
Tempa-flow mounted on top "like tech page" with elbow going thru shelf
jets 165 165 170
pilots 50 50 50
screws 2-1/4 2-1/4 2-1/2
needles 3.5 4 4
rmps 8800-9100 ( seems real close? )
ran @ 200 miles like this seems to clean out @ 6500-7000 rpm
running last night in the wet road ditches 4'+ snow really seemed
to pull it down, dont know if it was loading or the snow was getting
into the front of the tunnel? (clearance??)

ps. what about jetting for ethanhol? it is really easy to get here
can I just jet rich and always use it? or reset the tempa-flow?
any suggestions would be nice, really like how it pulls but I think it needs help in the low and mid-range

47.5 pilots on the pto and center, then drop the needles some, start off by both shims on top, watch the plugs and wash at cruise and keep going down till it looks good. This is where they are real blubbery when cruising around at 40mph or so, mine was the same way until I went to the 47.5 pilot and dropped the needles.

Jetting

Like mrviper said, go to 47.5 pilots on PTO & CTR. I'm actually at 45, 45, 47.5 pilots but I have the head mod so I don't think I'd go that small with stock heads. The pilots should clean your low end up pretty well. Be careful dropping your needles too much farther. I'm set exactly the same as you (3.5, 4, 4) and when I went 1/2 clip leaner my EGTs were getting a little high in the midrange. You should be fairly close though once you get the pilots dropped 1 size.

Thanks to both of you guys!
you both seem to answer all my dumb questions and I really appeciate that.
I will change the pilots and go from there
will that make much of a fuel difference? it does suck it @ 5mpg hard riding
