I am running with about 52.8 grams now with stock helix and my wot rpm is right on,on a warmer day it goes up a tad.I know the best time to test is when it is colder out to get better accurate readings.But Yamaha specs I think call for 8500 shiftout +/- 100 rpm..so close enough.
Years ago I tried the 54/44..didn't like it..I would like to try a straight 45 and see what gives,probably will raise my wot rpm's and need to add more weight.
