Would dirty clutches cause the rpm's to not max out?
They look pig rich. I replaced my primary clutch altogether and replaced buttons, spring and bushing in the secondary and I still had the problem. I had 2 good looking spark plugs and one fouled looking. All 3 of yours look rich. What temperature outside was it when you ran these plugs? Mine look like that after I idle it for 10 minutes. Also clean and check your settings on the powervalves.
the temp was probably around -5 today

celcius or faren? because it looks awfull rich running, and it would be down on power if so it wont pull the clutching.
With you adding 9kg more spring tension it should have made the rpm rise not stay the same, so that tells me its not a clutching issue but a engine tune issue.

That's a lot of jet for -5C(?) and that elev.Too fat.I would drop 1 size, keep an eye on the plugs and see if it makes a difference.Looks to me like you have plenty of safety margin on those plugs.I'm running the same jetting in temps colder than that at approx 500' elev and could probably drop a size to crisp it up a bit.

Double check your power valves! I'm betting one is stuck.
-5 degress Celsius at 1800ft. The normal temperatures for this are is -20 to -30 but it's warm this time of year. I cleaned the power valves they were a bit dirty and readjusted them and the same problem. I have a 1" lug on my track.

Ok, track isn't your problem then. What brand/s are those helix?

So 51/43 is tushima? And 51/45 is diff. brand or?

Like Don said, it should likely overrev with the 51/43, with stock spring in primary
anyway. So if it stays @8000 with that setup your likely down on power someway. Do you have a stock helix to try?

Didn't know their was a oem. 51/45 ever made? But somebody here will know for sure! Whats the oem. code on that thing, 8BV??
The 51/45 is a tushima. I went back to the stock clutching except for the extra rivet in the primary and she sticks around 8000. So like mrviper said it isn't the clutching. I put a windrosa base gasket on, i read on here that the gasket is thicker and will raise your cylinder and drop your compression would that have anything to do with it i wonder? I don't really know what else to check right now.

Seems that Tushima is the maker of our oem helix, my stock also says Tushima..
Just havent seen it before.. I bet your powervalves arent moving, take cover off servo
and rev it up on a stand and watch if it moves.

yeah there moving and the servo is opening all the way when wide open. Any idea's what else i can check or change. I was thinking about removing some tip weight from the primary.

The winderosa base gasket is thicker than OEM by .008" or so, but its not gonna make you lose 500-1000 rpms. You better check them power valves for cable pull thrus on the valve ends. You could also have an ignition issue, like a stator going.
