Clutching for Bender pipes

I finally was able to go for a ride today after about 2 1/2 weeks without riding. Its only the third time I've had my Viper out and its the first time out on the trails by myself where I could open it up some. It has Bender pipes, V-Force Reeds, Bender heads, Bender engine torque limiter and it has 121 " track with studs. The clutching feels descent till I really open it up some. The RPM will only get up to around 7800. I've wondered about the clutching since I got the sled in January. It engages at 3400 to 3500 RPM and the components all look OEM. The springs are both black and the helix looks OEM as well. My question is should I just get a Bender Clutch kit or is there a better set up. I don't want real aggressive clutching, I want a good trail setup. Thanx for any info.

Get one of benders heel clicker power shift clutch kits. Thats what I got on mine. Has a red primary spring and a white and blue secondary. Is a nice trail set up.
 
I checked the PV and it appears to be working. If I pull on the cables and let go I can feel the PV opening and closing on all three of them. Especially when they close since I can hear them snapping shut. When I rev up the engine I can see the PV servo open and close the PV's as I'm on and off the gas. I'm thinking that since the engine seems to run really good and now that it seems the PV's are working, that it kinda looks like the clutching may be off. I have no idea what the previous owner did to them. I don't know if he's tried different Yamaha clutch parts for his own setup or not. I've only rode it three times since I had it. It wasn't running when I bought it from a dealer for $600.00. I drained the gas and cleaned the carbs and it started up and ran really good. My guess is the clutches now and was wondering what set up people like with these pipes. The clutches were cleaned and they seem to be operating smoothly. The sled has just over 2000 miles on it so I would assume there shouldn't be worn out parts. I'm just trying to give all the info I know that might help with some advice. Thank you for the advice I've gotten so far.
