Ive had a few close calls this year where I probably could've used a fresh pair of undies! lol
 
Another question comes to mind to the few of you who carry 15 or more items, where do you put it all? I was thinking about getting a new BOSS seat for the SRX next year and the site says it has 12 separate storage compartments. Not sure if I wanna spend $600 on a seat though....

You could get a windshield bag or tank bag, there are a number of varieties to choose from new and used.

I typically don't have any extra storage on my sled, and the trunk is often close to full, but I have 7-8 pockets on my jacket/bibs and they are usually pretty full, especially stuff to keep warm and/or not bounce around so much in trunk, like the flashlights, cell phone, compass, and even my leatherman. I'd rather not carry so much on me, but it's better than not having it if it's needed.
 
The Boss seat does have a lot of storage space and mine is full...I carry my extra oil under the hood, right under secondary clutch and lighter, flashlight ect in my suit.
The riding I do can easily put me in a place 50 miles from any town or people and out of cell coverage so I need to carry a lot of stuff.
We towed one sled for over 40 miles to get it home last year!
 
I carry factory tool kit with a few add-ons, quart of anti-freeze, spare oil, two spare belts (ya never know...), tow rope, long ratchet strap, 4 new plugs (in case friends need any, I haven't fouled one this year...), some water, wallet and a credit card, some cash, and I always have my phone cause I go out by myself a lot.

toilet paper, factory tool kit, zip-ties, electrical tape, tow strap, 1 qt. oil, first aid kit, and a lighter. oddly enough, I think i'm the only one with buttwipe.

what ever happened to good old fashion leaves and tree bark. you Michigan guys are soft. lol. JK. someone in my group always has TP too. somebody always has the "Budweiser Squirts" from the night before. Too much info :dunno:

Something I cary on my dirt bike but haven't on my sled is some JB weld. And I agree a spare key is a great thing to have. I lost a key after dragging a cow elk out that my friend shot and we lost the key right next to the cabin. Looked for an hour but no luck. Luckily I had a spare in my truck but ever since I've stashed one on my machines. The next spring by friend called me and said he had found it.

May I ask why you use BR10ECS plugs instead of the 9's?
