I've never done anything special after installing a new track other than watching tension/alignment and making adjustments. If you're replacing slides too birnishing/ heat cycling them seems to help extend thier life.
Seems to me riding it like you normally would, or even harder (i.e. multiple WOTs) should help strech it more thus requiring only one, maybe two adjustments.
I've swapped 5 tracks on my sleds over the years (all studded) as well as a few others and never gave it much thought.
Perhaps the track mfg. has some recommendations?
