should there be any rubber plugs in a bravo carb like some of the other models have.

No. The microfiche does not show any, and I do not remember seeing any last time I had one apart.

thanks. I was hoping they were supposed to be there and mine were missing. It's had a horrible bog since I bought it. I've been through the carb at least 3 times per year the last 3 years trying to get rid of it with no success. I didnt mind so much at first since it's the kids sled and it was actually good at first for them to learn on but now they're ready for it to run right.

We had a snoscoot that would run mint around the cottage for the kids all day.When they started to sneek out on the trails or down the road it would start to bog.It would bog so bad you had to let it cool down or walk beside it.
Never did fix the problem i look back i think ther stator was failing when warm .I would wire a voltage gage in and put it on the dash if i tried to fix now i think.

With regard to the bogging, I'm not sure where Yammi got their stock jetting specs from but IMO they are not even close. On my daughters Bravo I leaned the mj down 1 size and adjusted the mixture screw richer until the bog went away. I also moved the ignition pickup forward a touch (advanced the timing) aprox 3 degrees. I also rebuilt both clutches so that they wouldn't cause any running issues. Thing runs great now.
As long as everything else is in good shape, just adjust the mixture screw out until the bog goes away. You will most likely have to reset idle speed afterward.
