No, not yet, need to get that sorted for sure. I think we'll see more entries later in the summer when people start seeing winter in the future again. In the meantime keep posting progress so we have something to read.

I will be starting the poll for the contest on Sunday.
Here is the list of threads i'm considering as entrants if anyone has a project thread that isn't on the list that started after may 1st just let me know. that is why i'm waiting a few days to start the poll. some of these threads didn't have summer project contest in the title but that is my discretion.

in no particular order:
Quadzillaracer- tapex
Backwoods m max- longtracking mountain max
Sideshowbob- my attack project
Sx700triple- Another yamaha in the stable
JDviper- Snake goes mono
Yamaha Nutz- 440x
Turch- Dragula
Mussleman- HID install
MBtriple- SXR project

I will post the prize with the poll.

i skimmed the post quick, is there a completion date for when these projects need to be built/running by?

No, the thread just had to be started after may 1st. It will be up to the pollers to decide what wins. I could certainly see a very eager unfinished project beating out a simple completed one or a simple functional project that everyone can relate to beating an over the top project. That's the beauty of deciding by a poll anything could happen.

I'll get it up for monday, i'm going to let it run for the whole month of november with links to all the threads in the poll so that our members filtering in for the winter all get a chance to vote. good luck to all involved.

I changed the title of my first post to add the summer build contest a while ago. If I had the power to change the thread title I would have. Best of luck guys! There's some absolutely beautiful work in those contest threads!
