best brake lever, not sure there are a few to choose from,sportech bj hookers i beleive? sells them as well. the handguards you speak of can be bought through dennis kirk,high performane engineering,not sure if there are any dealers that sell them,2 brands that i know of sportech & acerbis i hope this helps
