Make It Stop

I hear what your saying,we unfortunately don't have any snow left but if we did there's a good chance we could have still been sledding.The temps have been cool enough the snow would almost have stayed on if we had some.It's weird because it started to warm up about a month ago but for the last few weeks it's been down right cool,bordering on cold.

Still about a foot of snow on the ground here. Will be a month yet before we get in the field.
 
I'm going to Ely,MN on Saturday. They still have about 2-3 ft. Crazy for this time of year! 3 weeks ago the NAOO was showing that the snow cover melting. Now the colors just keep getting darker & darker. I think this is the beginning of the New Ice Age.

My turkey season starts next week and I took the week off since I didn't take any time off to ride. Bought a cross bow and shooting bi-pod so my 8 year old can have a chance at Mr. long beard. The 20 gage Express Youth was still too much gun.

Maybe we can compare beards and spurs. Good luck.
 
Yea, I've about had it with the weather too. It's been in the mid 30s to low 40s here, and has at least snowed, if not just a little about every other day. When it's not snowing, it's raining, and it's miserable out.
Been wanting to start in on the SXR, but it's just gross, moist, and nasty out. Even in the garage when it's like this. Everything is just wet.

I certainly don't want it to get hot out, and am not looking for the return of Wisconsin's state bird.....the mosquito, but enough is enough.
It's like what Seattle must be like here.

Was thinking about going out and blasting some of the s#*t pickers this weekend just for the joy of helping eradicate their nuisance, but it's still going to be nasty enough out where I'm just better off staying inside.
 
Yep very miserable in this region. When you are out and about every single person that you run into pisses and moans about the weather. What do you do. Grab a beer or two i guess.

I know I do... Tell them to STFU! It's Minnesota for God's sakes, get over it! I had to listen to them bubbling with joy last year when there was no snow and it was the suckiest winter ever. NOW IT'S THEIR TURN!!
