Garage for my toys - $25000 is this a good deal?

I am about to pull the trigger on a garage for my toys. 24 wide x 26 long with two 8' wide doors. 2 x 6 construction, fully insulated with a couple of windows and a walk in door. 4" thickened edge slab with drain pit. Completely finished inside with drywall and outside with siding etc. 30 year shingles up top. Here is the breakdown - $10000.00 for the package, $8000 for the labour to build and finish. $6000 for Concrete and Labour. $1000 for electrical including the heater. Is this a good deal? Do you see anything I can do to reduce the price? I am pretty tight and don't like to spend money and if I can save a buck I will, any suggestions?
 
Your pricing seems to bang on for a 8' high garage. The best way to save on a small project like this is to do the labours.
Not sure about SK codes but a 4" slab would not make here in MB for a garage floor. Out here 5" is min.
I would suggest atleast 9' wide doors. This would make it easier for pulling in passengers vehicles. An exhaust fan for winter time to help get rid of the humidity in winter as the snow melts of the toys.
 
If you can, do some of the work yourself to save money. 4" slab would be fine for a sidewalk but not for a garage floor, I'd go atleast 5" thick.
 
Not sure what your skill sets are but if you can do some "grunt" you can save a few bucks like prepping the ground, forming the pad, packing the gravel, laying out and tieing the rebar.
Siding is fairly easy and insulation,poly and drywall are also not that hard to do.
