My 02 has a sputter until it hits 5000 Rpms, then it runs perfect, have cleaned carbs and adjusted power valves, any suggestions??
did you check for broken reed pedels

A bad plug or a cap comes to mind if the carbs have been cleaned properly,i have seen them need cleaning more than once if there is crap in the pump.

do your plug caps(they are probably due anyways), plugs, carbs, pv. then i would look towards the stator.

What are your carb settings? Fuel screws?
